Yarnell, a landscape worth painting
A town of about 650 people, Yarnell is mostly made up of retirees looking for solitude and a picturesque landscape. “It’s a very artistic small town,” says Rose Gowen, a Realtor with Keller Williams Arizona Realty. “It’s secluded out there. You have people who paint. The scenery is so bright and wonderful. It’s a great canvas.” Yarnell has a downtown area and a hilly residential section called Glen Illah. Plus, it's at an elevation where all four seasons can be experienced.
