A Ferrari-inspired mansion on Billionaire’s Row in Florida just sold – and it’s the priciest single-family home to ever sell in the Delray Beach area.

Known as Casa Maranello, the more than 20,000-square-foot lakefront property sold Wednesday for $50.5 million, according to the listing on Homes.com. A representative from Douglas Elliman, the brokerage that oversaw the transaction, said that because the property was sold furnished, its total sale price was $55 million.

Put another way, with a $10 million down payment, a 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage on the property comes out to a roughly $294,000 monthly payment, Homes.com data showed.

But that didn’t seem to be a deterrent for the buyer, who the brokerage identified as “a U.S.-based prominent family.” Agent Senada Adzem represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

That price makes the estate the most expensive to ever sell in the city, the brokerage said in a statement.

In 2024, there were two home sales north of $20 million in the city. And data from Homes.com showed that the mansion is in the West Delray neighborhood where the average home value is more than $1.7 million.

The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom house includes a 12-car gallery garage, a Bvlgari hotel-inspired spa, an at-home salon, a theater and a 95-foot pool. There’s also a basketball court, pickleball court, soccer field and a putting green.

The Douglas Elliman representative said the property was inspired by “the elegance and thrill of a Ferrari road trip through the breathtaking landscapes of Italy and Switzerland.” It was designed by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes.

“Every aspect of its design captures an atmosphere of adventure, exclusivity and timeless luxury,” the brokerage said.

Beyond its amenities, the mansion’s location also adds to its allure. Nestled in the exclusive Stone Creek Ranch neighborhood, known as Billionaire’s Row, according to the statement, making it “a true collector's dream.”
