Former NBA star Dwight Howard has listed his sprawling, 14-acre estate northeast of Atlanta for $11.25 million, and his real estate agent says it's a slam dunk for a well-to-do buyer looking to accommodate extended family.
The 32,460-square-foot residence at 5200 Moore Road in Suwanee, Georgia, has six full kitchens, including one each in the basement and pool house, according to the Homes.com listing.
The home's design offers privacy for different generations sharing the space, said listing agent Kelly Anderson of Engel & Völkers Atlanta. The garage has room for more than 10 cars, and the home, including the guest house, has 10 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms.

Anderson said she is marketing the property to high-net-worth buyers, using Hamburg, Germany-based Engel & Völkers' vast, international network. The listing has been translated into multiple languages.
"The property itself is so professionally maintained," Anderson said in an interview. "It can appeal to so many different people."
Howard, a 6-foot-10 center, played high school basketball in Atlanta but skipped college entirely to enter the NBA Draft in 2004. He was the first overall pick by the Orlando Magic and played there for eight years, acquiring the nickname "Superman" for his athleticism.
He later spent time playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, Atlanta Hawks and four other teams during an 18-year career. He last played in the NBA in 2022.
Suwanee is about 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. The house was built over several years and completed in 2010. But the original owner never lived in it, and Howard has owned it since 2016, Anderson said.

Two gated entrances lead into the estate. The main kitchen features a remote-controlled pantry shelving system, according to the listing. The main suite has a covered balcony, large fireplace and his-and-her bathrooms and custom closets.
The second floor has another kitchen, space for entertaining and private rooms with ensuites and custom closets, the listing states. There's a walk-up, fourth-floor attic and custom cabinetry throughout, providing immense storage space, according to Anderson.
"Every detail is there," she said.
Other features include a home theater, game room, French doors that open up to a large, saltwater pool, a steam shower and barber area. Of course, there's also a half-court basketball hoop, according to the listing. The pool house comes with a kitchen and bathroom. Lush greenery leads to a private lake for fishing or paddleboat riding.

There's not much of a recent track record for homes in this price range across the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Last year, only three homes over $10 million sold in the market, and none in the last six months, Anderson noted. She didn't provide specifics on why Howard is selling, saying only that he's ready for his next opportunity.
"He would love to sell it tomorrow," Anderson said. "But we have to find the right buyer."
