Property has been well-maintained and further renovated since recent major renovation (after 1998) and is under a transferable termite service bond with Palmetto Exterminators. Water heater replaced after recent crawl space inspection identified leak. Fresh CL-100 available in documents. Like most historic homes, there are areas with evidence of old subterranean and dry wood termite damage. Owner noted known minor needed repair items (gutters & exterior lights) in seller disclosure, has since repaired replaced gutters, painted the interior and now prefers an as-is sale.

Owners and long-term (6+ month) renters qualify to purchase decals to park two cars on-street ($15/yearly decal for owners, $10/6 month decal for renters). Daily passes for visitor parking on street can also be purchased from the city (up to 90 passes/year in books of 30 @ $1/daily pass for owners or 14 passes each 6 months for 6+ month renters @$5/daily pass.
