Home was 4-bedrooms when purchased by current owners in 2009. Laundry room was in garage. The driveway also allows access to a small cabin on Lot 4 that is currently tenant occupied. Current owners maintain the driveway, American Tower pays them for part of that maintenance cost. Access road was intended to be temporary until Bach Road is put in which runs along the south side of Lot 3. The sellers have no knowledge of current plans to put in Bach Road.
