The unit has high speed internet, streaming TV for entertainment, hot tub, sauna, deep soaking tub, raindrop walk in shower, outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. The room is supplied with complimentary coffee, towels and robes. Bring slippers. This is an original Vacation Ownership Float week at the Nakoma Resort. It is a privately owned week (not held by the resort) and the building is overseen by the Spa Villas Fractional Owners Association. It is selling for a one time fee of $10,000. The monthly Association fees are $89.00 per month which equates to $1,068 per year plus annual taxes of $31.42. When divided by 7 night stay that equates to a nightly stay of $157.14 for a lifetime of ownership, of course always subject to SVFOA dues increases. The resort rents out the same unit from $400 to $550 per night. There is no public 9% occupancy tax charged on the weekly stay because you own it and are not renting it. The weekly stay includes full access to the resort amenities including the Frank Lloyd Wright clubhouse, Dragon golf course, Altitude Rec Center and onsite trails. This is a great way to own a week vacation every year for as long as you own the week. Resell it later or hand it down to your children and grandchildren.
