Home feels very secluded with hill country views, but is right off of 306 and the dam access road. Some updates needed to make it you own, but there is so much to work with here and the floor plan is awesome! Whole house is on one floor and has exterior stairs and ramp with electric dumb waiter to carry groceries and such up to house level. Home was before its time in that it has the laundry in the huge master closet. New 2022 HVAC and metal roof. Refrigerator conveys with sale of home.
