The home sits on a large lot. The lot rent is $595/month and includes water, trash pickup twice weekly, use of the clubhouse, fishing pier as the park is located on the Indian River. Optional lawn service is available for a small monthly fee by a local resident. All prospective residents need to submit a resident application and be approved prior to home sale closing. The application fee is $75 per person and non-refundable. All buyers must be approved by the Community Manager and all buyers should obtain the Rules & Regulations of the Park.
