The plumbing and electrical are ready to go but the building needs some repair. There's a concrete RV pad and an old dairy barn that sit at the back of the property. The barn definitely needs work, but part of the structure is solid. The property has El Camino water shares and a cross fenced side pasture that's irrigated and used by the neighbor's cows. Fencing and gates are in good condition and there are lots of outdoor water spigots for watering. Concrete steps lead down to a handy root or wine cellar.
