All new electrical, pex plumbing, hydronic baseboard heat, insulation, sheetrock, kitchen cabinets with granite counters, remodeled bathroom, waterproof plank flooring and R49 insulation in the attic completed the interior renovations. New windows, siding, gutters and R30 sprayed insulation in the floors. Be part of the Giants Neck Heights Association for a low yearly fee of $180. The association has a club house, playground, boat launch and holds many family activities throughout the year.
