What makes this unit the best buy out there - the fantastic top floor ocean views, an elevator and located in one of the best towns on the Outer Banks - "Nags Head". This unit is for sale by ORIGINAL OWNER - Dune lantern unit 402 is right on the ocean at an affordable price. The master suite on the east end of the condo provides fantastic ocean views and a private slider to the oceanfront deck. When entering the unit you will see a sitting area or "den" that provides additional space and privacy off the den is an open kitchen that is fully equipped with a large island. The living room have sliders to the oceanfront deck. There is a 2nd bedroom on the west end of the condo and hall full bath. Theirs is a working FP. However, Shorefire recommended that only the pressed logs be used and not real wood. It was checked about 3 years ago. I would suggest it be checked again prior to being used again- sellers completely refurbished the fireplace but then NEVER USED IT. Don't bother going to the laundromat - there is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall bath. You will love sitting on the oceanfront deck with polywood deck furniture, a nice umbrella for shade on those hot sunny days, and a chase lounge, perfect for enjoying those early morning sunrises or late afternoon naps. At the end of the day watch the sun go down by stepping out the front door and witness breath taking views watching the sun set in the west over the sound. Dune lantern 402 is located right in the middle of Nags Head so you will be centrally located to everything. Nags Head has no shortage of fun for the entire family, golf courses, plenty of shopping, Jennette’s pier, restaurants to please everyone in the family and is half way to the Hatteras lighthouse or half way to see the horses in Corolla. Come take a look - you are not buying the condo - you can make the condo look anyway you like - you are buying the location, the luxury of being on the top floor with no one above you, gorgeous ocean views and the best part is the elevator - no more carrying up luggage and groceries - take the elevator!! - come take a look today. - this unit has never been a rental but would make a dynamite rental investment. **** ABOUT THE FIREPLACE FROM THE HOA **** Theirs is a working FP.
