The master suite on the east end of the condo provides fantastic ocean views and a private slider to the oceanfront deck. When entering the unit you will see a sitting area or "den" that provides additional space and privacy off the den is an open kitchen that is fully equipped with a large island. The living room have sliders to the oceanfront deck. There is a 2nd bedroom on the west end of the condo and hall full bath. Theirs is a working FP. However, Shorefire recommended that only the pressed logs be used and not real wood. It was checked about 3 years ago. I would suggest it be checked again prior to being used again- sellers completely refurbished the fireplace but then NEVER USED IT. Don't bother going to the laundromat - there is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall bath.
