Chairs, table, couch and a gas grill make it a place to be on those beautiful summer days enjoying the 18’X36’ft heated pool the property is functional and fun plenty of space to be. In general the house is a great place to just use as a base to enjoy the area. Furnished with fine taste, and comfort and also central air for those steamy nights or days. The distance from the house to the village of Woodstock is a quick 5 minute ride and just about 10 to 15 minutes to Saugerties or Kingston. The pool can be opened before The Memorial Day weekend. Pool maintenance and cost to maintain is renters responsibility(George Quinn Pool service is the company that takes care of the pool) Renter pays all utilities, gas, electric, internet and trash pickup. Owner takes care of property lawn and plantings on a regular basis. Owner pays for pest control inside and outside the house..
