This upper unit condo in the four-unit Balboa Bluffs condominium complex is the most southern LOCATION in the town! Therefore, you have unobstructed views of both the Pacific Ocean, but also of the oceanfront State Park that begins on the other side of Vista Del Mar and goes all the way to Cambria. Sit for hours on end watching the "moving pictures flow from past the horizon and towards you onto the sand right in front of you. Rock outcroppings in the water add to this magical perspective. And on days when it is very foggy, the fog coming off the ocean and blanketing the land adds a dramatic effect. On some days, literally in the span of 10 minutes, the fog completely dissipates before your eyes leaving only pure blue skies above. On windy days, be amazed by windsurfers, doing incredible things at high rates of speed, right outside your window. This well designed two bedroom two bath condo would be awesome as either your full-time residence, or a second home located right on the edge of the continent. The kitchen is on the south side, giving you virtually the same views as the west facing living room due to the windows looking south as well as through the pass-through above the sink that opens up to the living room and the ocean behind it.
