There are some small improvements that are pending, however, the unit can be occupied any time now. Looking for a six month lease, and renewals are in six month increments.
First month's rent and security deposit must be made in the form of a cashier's check, cash, or money order. You can also use Zelle through your bank. Thereafter, checks from a Hawai'i-based bank is allowed. The previous methods of payment is also acceptable.
Water, cable, and internet are included in the rent.
Tenant must have Renter's Insurance of $500k minimum.
Upon move-out, the tenant is required to have the apartment professionally cleaned.
