Thank you for inquiring about Oasis apartments. The application process has an application fee of $35 per adult PLUS an administration fee of $150. Once the application is approved , the non-refundable admin fee becomes due. For your application we will need proof of income which consist of 3 current and consecutive pay stubs. You will also need a valid government ID. These documents will need to be uploaded online when completing your application. We are considered a second chance property; we do look at your credit, but it is not the only deciding factor for approval.

We do accept pets with the $300 pet deposit for the 1st pet and a $150 pet deposit for the second pet, they must be 25lbs or under, no aggressive breeds, and there is a limit of 2 pets maximum per apartment.
