The Billboard Lofts stands in the Little Italy area of San Diego, California. Organized along two 17-foot high corridors with a stair on each end, the low-rise building is divided into two main volumes.
Each floor presents a different layout but all include an in-unit washer & dryer, energy efficient and stainless steel appliances, 17 foot ceilings & a loft style layout.
