The Villas

The Villas Apartment Homes are surrounded by serene wooded fields and offer several one and two bedroom apartment floor plans with ample closet space. The Villas pet-friendly apartment community includes pet waste stations located throughout the community, however breed restrictions do apply. Enjoy a large pool while the sun is shining. Our apartments are near Eastern Michigan University (less than 10 minutes away) and the University of Michigan (less than 20). We are also located on the AAATA bus line 24.
