We have a brand new building located right next to our luxurious 117 Spring Garden location. Our sister building varies slightly by each apartment containing speakers embedded in the ceiling as well as wall mounted T.V brackets and electrical fireplaces already installed.

At both of our locations, you'll discover an elegant and spacious rooftop, where you will be able to use our brand new kitchenette while enjoying a great view of the waterfront and the Ben Franklin Bridge. The building is close to the city but far enough away where you can lay back and relax. If you are looking to take a stroll in the heart of the city, it is a short 10 minute drive. If instead you want to enjoy a nice walk along the waterfront or trails, it is only a 3 minute walk!
