Park West Homes for Sale

Apartments and 55-plus communities make up most of Park West, a Pueblo neighborhood. Most single-family homes, including contemporary and midcentury ranch-style houses on lots up to a half-acre, are in the southeast corner of the area; some come with garages or driveways. Despite its name, Park West lacks its own parks. However, there are several parks nearby, including City Park, about 4 miles away. Amenities include a swimming pool, skateboard park, athletic courts, disc golf course and the Pueblo Zoo. Golfers practice their swing at the Pueblo Country Club and Elmwood Golf Course, both within 4 miles. The YMCA of Pueblo, located in the neighborhood, offers fitness classes, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. Highway 50 leads to local shops and restaurants like Love Mug Coffee Shop, Cherry Thai and Shah’s The American Gyro, as well as big-box stores like Lowe’s and Walmart Supercenter. Highway 45 is another major thoroughfare that connects to the rest of the city. Parkview Medical Center is on the northwest end of the neighborhood.
