This was my third real estate transaction with Aaron and I just cannot recommend him enough. He's not just another phony, disinterested agent- he's more like a counselor/project manager for the entire process. Which is such a welcome relief when dealing with the stress of buying and selling a house.

For the house I sold, I pretty much went on vacation while Aaron got my house staged and ready.. and then sold in four days for much higher than listing price.

For the second home I purchased, he helped me get the home warranty locked in and made sure all the broken appliances in my new home got replaced, helped set me up with inspectors/title companies/mortgage people/contractors/plumbers/tilers/electricians for reliable repairs, and took care of every little detail so that I didn't have to.

It takes an enormous amount of trust in a real estate agent to buy a home when you’ve never actually seen the property and neighborhood in person. Aaron De Nunzio earned that trust as well as our deepest appreciation and respect as we purchased a Seattle condo, mid-pandemic, from the other side of the country.

Here's the moment when I was positive that I had found the right agent for my search: On one FaceTime tour of a condo, he pointed out all the awesome features, but significantly added, “But I wouldn’t be comfortable with my mother walking the dog here at night” and explained. That was exactly the level of local knowledge, detail, candor, empathy and honesty that I needed.

When I finally arrived in Seattle and saw first-hand the condo Aaron had helped me purchase weeks before, I was so deeply grateful to him. In the Seattle area, it’s difficult to know what sort of condition a home is in by just looking at it, and what sort of potential a home could have during the initial open house. When we went with Aaron, he was meticulous. If there were any issues, Aaron would point out flaws in a home and give us approximations on the sort of effort it would take to restore various parts of a home. Or if a home was in great condition and we loved it, Aaron would give us all the information we needed to draft an attractive offer.

There is not enough I can say about having Aaron Denunzio as our realtor. First of all he is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He is able to make even the most stressful parts of buying a home happy and hopeful. He is always available at any time to answer my emails/phone calls/texts. And there are a lot of them!

I sincerely believe that if Aaron had not been my realtor, I would not have been able to purchase a home in this crazy Seattle market.

Aaron cheerfully went out of his way to show me around Seattle listings while working around my hectic schedule. Instead of just trying to sell me anything, he pointed out the pros and cons of each listing and let me make the decision for myself.

When I finally found the right home, Aaron sat down and walked me through the process of putting in an offer; we didn't waive inspection, we didn't add an escalation clause. We just came in with a strong, clean offer. And it was accepted. All of my friends, who have also been trying to find homes, were floored that I got an acceptance on my very first offer.

I had a bit of trouble with my original mortgage company, and Aaron fought to convince the seller not to back out of the sale, as the listing had already gone up 50k in value since we put in our offer. Then Aaron helped me find a mortgage agent who was able to close everything in five days so that we did not have to file for yet another extension and risk losing the house altogether.

This was a really stressful process, and Aaron was there for me, fighting to help me get the house, every step of the way. As a single woman buying a home in a very tough market, having Aaron on my side made this process feel so much less stressful and intimidating. I am so grateful for his help!
