My wife and I bought three properties through Abha. One of those we've called our home for the last 5+ years now and two are rental properties that Abha manages for us. Abha has a wealth of knowledge about the housing market and the long term prospects that we were able to leverage to our advantage. Abha has always been forthright, insightful and honest about the whole process. She has an uncanny ability to listen, gauge and inticipate our requirements and was able to help us buy the properties within our timeframe. She is always available whenever we need to reach her. She works tirelessly to keep the tenants satisfied in the properties she manages while also keeping our interests in mind. Her unquestionable ethics and character shine through in every interaction with her. We would highly recommend Abha as a realtor for selling, buying or renting a property.

Abha, is a very hard working , diligent and knowledge real estate consultant. Her knowledge of the real estate market, trends and an eye for detail set her apart.

She is able to guide customers very beautifully, who are going thru the home buying experience, making sure that they understand the full process and is readily available to answer questions.

It was a pleasure working with Abha Dey. Simply put, she gets things done. She made great recommendations for updates that helped show our house in the best possible light without breaking the bank. She has a highly skilled, reliable crew of professionals for whatever type of work is needed - remodeling, siding, appliance upgrades, roof replacement - you name it. I was working full time and taking classes at night and on weekends and am so grateful I didn't have to research who to hire for the various jobs that needed to be done. Abha took care of everything. She also found the perfect home to move into once our house sold. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a highly competent real estate agent who gets things done.
