About Adrian

Adrian an 18 year RE Broker also played Division I soccer at UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Minor in Managerial Economics. After graduating, he also completed a six-month internship with the Federal Reserve in Washington DC.
Adrian’s current focus is on listing and selling Apartments, Mobile Home, and RV Parks for private owners, families, plus asset managers throughout California and Tennessee. Adrian brings ownership experience to sellers and buyers as he and his family own a portfolio of apartment, industrial, and commercial properties in the Bay Area plus within select out of state markets. Adrian’s passion is to assist owners to grow their portfolios so that they can live a more abundant life and leave a legacy for their heirs.
Few brokers understand the psyche of a seller or buyer because they’ve never owned investment property themselves. In addition to his extensive brokerage experience he brings real life ownership experience to the table. Whether it’s a fully renovated stabilized asset or a distressed value-add property, he’ll provide all his negotiation and marketing expertise to ensure a successful transaction ensuing in a long-lasting business relationship.
Adrian Del Rio co-founded PCG Commercial, Inc. in 2008 to list and sell distressed properties for asset managers of Banks, Lending Institutions, Hedge Funds, and Capital Markets. PCG successfully listed and sold over $70 Million in distressed properties and notes throughout California during that time frame when asset prices were at its lowest points in history. PCG has successfully transitioned to a traditional sales brokerage assisting private owners, investors, mom, and pops throughout the region.
Prior to co-founding PCG Commercial, Adrian was the Director of Acquisitions for Granite Bay Holdings, LLC. Adrian has closed transactions involving Institutional Multi-Family, Manufactured Housing, Industrial, Retail, Office, Condominium Projects, Assisted/Independent Living, Self-Storage, and various types of Land Development.
PCG’s current core competency is in Apartments, Mobile Home & RV Parks, and Self-Storage.
