Adrian is personable, uniquely knowledgeable of both the Intown and greater Atlanta markets and an extremely good listener. Our family chose to work with her for our first purchase in 2014. We went back to work with her to sell in Spring 2021, closing in our ideal timeframe and at top market value. We worked with her again in Fall 2021 our on latest purchase. Her expertise and kind, responsive communication was a huge reason our offer was seen, endorsed and accepted on our dream home. Adrian really is the best little realtor in Georgia!

My wife found Adrian online back in 2018 and Adrian helped us find our current home in GA. Adrian was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Adrain made the process so simple and easy. We looked at so many houses that I lost count. She was not pushy, she was not over aggressive and very patient throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to any and everyone! I definitely plan on using her in the future! I wish there were more stars to increase her rating.

Adrian is amazing, and was highly recommended by a friend who had used her previously. I'll try to keep this short and sweet, but I could genuinely go on and on about how great she is. She guided myself and my husband through the entire process as first-time home-buyers (answering each and every one of our questions, sometimes twice), and recommended a stellar lender who we ended up using. We were out of state while searching, and she was very communicative via text/email/phone. We actually put our offer on our house sight unseen, based on Adrian's very detailed walkthrough videos with narration. At closing, the seller's agent told us that there were 9 offers on our house and that Adrian was the ONLY reason our offer was accepted. That's the kind of realtor you want in this market! I would use Adrian again and recommend her to friends and family with no hesitation.

From the time we first talked to Adrian, to the time we moved in, and every moment in between, she has made my wife and I feel like her top priority. We were probably some of the hardest home buyers to please, but Adrian went above and beyond at every step of the way.

I sincerely feel like she was determined to help us get into the right home, without settling. She's incredibly knowledgeable on styles, trends, efficiency options, and anything we asked about. We've shown up to the wrong house for a showing and she just said "no problem, see ya soon!' We told her we found the one and then changed out minds and she fully supported our every decision. There are plenty of agents out there, but if you want a professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly caring person to work with, we can't recommend Adrian to enough. Thank you Adrian.

Adrian is a great realtor! She always went above and beyond for her. She was so knowledgeable about so many things I would have never thought of. Every detail was touched and completed. We bought our first house through her 4 years ago and sold it it in December. We purchased our new home through her as well in January. Each process was wonderful with Adrian! She deserves 6 stars!

Adrian did an outstanding job helping us with buying our house. She was even able to find the previous owner on Facebook and help us buy the connecting lot. On that lot was a shed and carport that went with the house. The experience of buying this house went so well. Definitely highly recommend her if your looking to buy a house.

Adrian is wonderful. We live across the country but needed to buy a home in Carrollton for a family member - time was of the essence. We found the perfect home for our needs and she was invaluable while we made an offer site unseen. When I finally made it to town to see the house, I was thrilled! She sat on the empty living room floor with me while we talked details and drank to-go coffees. She gave me names and numbers of reliable tradespeople in town - which all turned out to be great! We have continued working with her while we consider buying a second home in the area to be closer to family. The first time I spoke with Adrian she called me from a canoe. She informed me she was on a weekend getaway but would call me as soon as she got off the lake. I knew right then she was the realtor for me.

I went through a months-long home search in 2021 and Adrian was an incredible guide. She sent me emails with listings to check out a few times per week, and she always got back to me quickly when I would send her listings that I was interested in. Turns out, the place I ended up buying was purely because she was on top of things and was able to get both a showing and an offer in on the day that my house hit the market. Being a career musician/academic buying his first home, I was completely ignorant of pretty much everything, and Adrian was the perfect realtor. But beyond being a fantastic professional, she's a wonderful human. I couldn't possibly recommend her highly enough.
