Adrienne sold our house in a week and at 30000 over list price. While another realtor barely gave us any attention, Adrienne sprung into action and got the job done so fast I could not believe it. Don’t waste your time on “low energy” realtors, if you want your house sold, call Adrienne. She takes the stress out of selling your house.

Adrienne is not just a real estate agent. Her 20+ years as a banker makes her informed in ways other agents are not. She understands the ins and outs of appraisals, and which loan program is right for you. This little fact can save you thousands of dollars. She also knows how to get you the right professional for the financing you need. This type of knowledge can be the difference between being approved or denied by a bank.

Recently, we consulted her about purchasing a home that had been in the family for years. She explained how our family could gift us the equity, which eliminated the need for a down payment, and how we could get the closing costs included in the loan.

Although Adrienne did not sell s this home, she treated us as if she was being paid for her work. She is a true professional who is always there for you when you need her.

Adrienne will always be our family’s Realtor.

Adrienne is a knowledgeable agent who goes above and beyond her job to make sure you’re making good choices when you decide to buy or sell a home.

Recently when I was considering selling my home, she showed me how to consider both the choice to refinance and renovate or to buy a new home, and the financial benefits and implications of both.

After deciding to keep my home for a few more, years, she directed me to a lender who understood how to interpret the income of a self-employed person. This was a key factor in my loan approval and ultimate decision to stay.

I would recommend this agent to anyone. Her care and concern go far beyond her bottom line.

Adrienne has a level of expertise and knowledge of the local market and the real estate industry that is second to none.
She’s a tenacious negotiator who has helped me buy and sell home’s multiple times, each better than the next!
If you want to sell, especially- hire her. She has incredible marketing skills that always bring so many buyers, we can’t even handle all of the showings.

WOW! Do not know where I would be without Adrienne’s guidance and help. I had a house to sell in an “as-is” condition and afraid it just was not going to sell. With Adrienne’s knowledge and resources, we quickly sold. We met with 4 realtors before finding her and she was the only one confident to take on the task. Realtors do not work all the same way. She is a no nonsense agent that gets the job done. Professional, knowledgeable, listens to what you need and makes sure all “to-do” boxes are
