About Alanna

Alanna Foudy didn't stumble across Real Estate as part of a life transition. Alanna concedes growing up in a Real Estate family “pre-destined” her as a top producer. As a young girl, it wasn't unusual for her to spend family time learning the ins and outs of the Real Estate trade. What once seemed like boring shop talk, became her biggest asset as a Realtor. Being part of a family that eats, breathes and lives Real Estate may seem like an odd way to create a close-knit family yet for Alanna Foudy, it was as natural as a sunrise. Through Mom's teachings, Alanna learned the value of trust, integrity and honesty with both personal and professional relationships. Values she still honors today.

So it made sense after earning her B.S. in Business Administration in 1999; Real Estate wouldn't be too far off in the distant future. Alanna dabbled in the corporate world with notable companies such as Ernst & Young, Capgemini and IBM to name a few.

It was during this time she noticed her first gap in the market- the struggles companies had finding good properties when relocating executives to new regional offices. In 2003, after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area to Arizona; she quickly earned a reputation for herself as a credible source for scouting premium properties for corporate executives and associates unfamiliar with the local markets.

With an eye for Design, Alanna used the knowledge she learned from her mother and put it to work helping both buyers and sellers reach their investment goals. She recognized early on the thrill she gets helping people reach their fullest potential. Through her unique visualization strategies, she helps clients “see” their dream investment.

Is it any wonder she quickly built a referral network of clients who are only too happy to tell family, friends and associates about her stellar communication and negotiation skills? Part of her success is due to the close eye she keeps on housing trends and her application of the latest technology to track hidden opportunities.

In truth, Alanna Foudy approaches Real Estate in the same way she approaches life- with a great deal of passion and enthusiasm. Her attention to detail is razor sharp something her hubby and sons will happily confirm. Whether cooking a meal, planning their next travel adventure or making a sale; Alanna wants everyone to embrace the best life has to offer.
