Alex helped us buy our first home and ensured the process was enjoyable and easy. He cares for his clients and wants to put them in the home that is right for them. We looked at several houses where he was able to point out issues the inspectors would find later and help us visualize the remodel opportunity and costs with each home we looked at. Alex made himself available whenever we had questions and was constantly looking out to help us find our home. He always had our best interest in mind and didn’t push us to put in an offer we weren’t ready for. Alex made sure we found the right house for us. I have recommended him to family and friends, who have all had similar experiences. I look forward to working with him again.

Alex is the best in the business and he went above and beyond to find us our dream home. He is extremely professional, very responsive and knowledgeable, and constantly communicated with us throughout the entire process. He was available 24/7 and was a great negotiator. My husband and I purchased a home on the West Coast and we live on East Coast - that is what grandchildren will do to you!! I could not believe how easy the entire process was because we worked with Alex!!!! We closed on our property in well under 30 days (without ever seeing it in person)! We put 100% of our faith in Alex and he DID NOT dissappoint! He kept us up to date on every issue that needed our attention and was always available despite the time difference!
