Hi there! My name is Alicia Wear,

I originally came to Idaho over a decade ago to attend Boise State. I fell in love with the area so much that I had to move here permanently. Since then I have traveled all over the country and Idaho is by far the best place to come home to. It really has it all!

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy fitness, the outdoors, socializing with friends and working on investment properties with my mom. I have helped her in some sort of capacity with her flipping business over the last 11 years. This has given me more knowledge about renovating, as well as what to look for in an investment property. Therefore, after finding my mom her last few homes to flip, I realized it was time to turn this hobby in to a career.

My love for Idaho is what fuels me to help as many people as possible in their Idahome process. A home is the foundation on which memories are made. And a safe place for you to come back to at the end of a long day. My goal is to build long lasting relationships where we are less like strangers and more like family.
