She was so attentive to my needs as a buyer and always asks good questions that make you truly think through the very big decision you are making. Also, her depth of experience and excellent communication skills made the difference in mine being the accepted offer on my North Union Station loft.

When searching for a home in the Denver area, the only thing we knew was we wanted a maximum commute of 30 minutes to the office. The rest was guesswork because we lived in Kansas City. We do not like guesswork. We sought out a buyer’s agent. After an introductory phone call with Alison Lashmet, we met her in Denver one weekend. For parts of two days, she gave us a personal tour of areas she thought we would like, in our price range. As she showed us houses, she continued to ask us questions about our interests; and we could tell she really paid attention to our answers. She gathered all the information and pointed us to an area she thought we would enjoy. This was an area with which we had no prior familiarity. But thanks to Alison, we found it and fell in love with it. Once we found the area, the next step was finding a home. Alison drove to several homes and provided us with virtual tours, never pushing us toward one. In fact, regarding one home we liked, she pointed out flaws we might not have otherwise noticed. Eventually, we found the home we wanted and Alison worked with us to provide a competitive offer, but one that was also reasonable. We are now living in the home and loving it. During the entire process of searching for a home and making an offer on one, we believed Alison had our best interests in mind. And once we had the home, because we wanted to do some updates to it prior to moving in, Alison went to the house, and arranged for a lockbox so contractors could come and go as needed while also providing us peace of mind. And Alison was the one who provided us the names of those contractors, who completed great work at reasonable prices. Alison was the absolute best. You cannot ask for more in a realtor.

Alison has handled 3 transactions for us. We were initially coming in from out-of-state. She went out of her way to help us learn the area, even though we initially were not planning to buy. She steered us away from certain neighborhoods and homes, and gave us honest pros and cons of ones we had considered. She was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend her for those who are new to the Denver area and need help getting situated.

Separately, Alison handled the sale of our home in Littleton during the red-hot market of 2021. She did a masterful job of handling the initial pricing (which was not easy), and then negotiated us through multiple offers to a successful sale well above asking price. If you are looking to get the maximum value and the best contract on your home, you want Alison in your corner!

She went out of her way to handle logistics, vendors, inspection items, and lots of little details so we could focus on getting our family moved.

I have worked with many realtors and Alison is as good as they come. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-star recommendation without hesitation!

Alison is wonderful!

Not only is she professional but she is incredibly personable and knowledgeable.

This was our first time purchasing a home in US and we were looking at the Highlands Ranch sector in CO which of course is one of Alison's territories.

Alison is so organized and has a keen sense of understanding; after meeting us once and going over our must-haves/good-to-have list, she was able to provide us with a clearer picture down to square footage and location that we didn't even think of in the beginning.

She is also very resourceful and will be able to provide contacts for inspectors, repair men, etc.

Alison communicated with us every step of the way and we did not feel that we were going through this process by ourselves at all; she made sure all our i's were dotted and our t's crossed and together with the financial team they landed us the house of our dreams!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Alison Lashmet in selling my father's property in Parker, Colorado! I live in California and had the task of trying to sell my father's home who had recently passed away. I was referred to Alison who came with high recommendations and loved her from the minute I met her.

Alison first visited me at our home to take a look at the property and came prepared with a binder full of listing examples and comps in the area. She informed me about the process and an idea of the timing. She connected me with the Title company early on which we discovered a problem that needed to legally be corrected before we sell. I was so thankful she thought to check this first before dealing with the problem during escrow. Once the house was ready, Alison quickly had professional pictures taken and listed the property over the weekend and the house was sold in a week with a 30 day closing!

Alison guided me through the whole process and helped advise me so I understood what was reasonable. I am so thankful for Alison's help and expertise. She held my hand the whole way and I always felt like she had everything under control and I got the best price for our house. I highly recommend Alison Lashmet for your real estate needs!

Alison is amazing! When I first contacted her, I was just visiting family and had no intention of moving to Colorado (from Virginia) for at least a year or more. I just wanted to get a better understanding of the South Denver metro area, and what types of neighborhoods and houses were out there. I explained this her and without hesitation she told me that she would love to help me do just that, with no pressure what-so-ever. She asked me lots of questions, to find out what type of house and neighborhood I was looking for our family. She then sent me some listings in various locations to get an idea of what I liked and didn't like, and then she drove me all over creation to show me the various areas I had expressed an interest in. She was a joy to be with, and I felt like I was out house hunting with one of my girlfriends! When I eventually came to the conclusion that we were going to move immediately, and not 1-2 years from now, she helped me to negotiate a great deal on the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood for our family. Then, as we had to drive home and pack-up to move back, she handled EVERYTHING here in CO as far as my inspections, closing, etc., while I was out of state. Again, it was like having one of my friends taking care of me. At the same time, she is a true professional. I felt totally secure with every part of my real estate transaction because Alison was handling it all. You can't do better than Alison. Alison is AMAZING!
