About Alix

I grew up in Atlanta and graduated with honors from Georgia Tech with degrees in architecture & city planning, fields in which I worked for several years after college. In 2007, I made the decision to switch careers and joined the prestigious RE/MAX Around Atlanta office. I find that my architecture & planning background has been incredibly helpful in the real estate business. Working as an architect and urban planner in the Atlanta area for the ten years prior to coming to RE/MAX gave me invaluable knowledge and a deep understanding of the Atlanta market, and I enjoy putting my experience in that field to work for my clients now.

Upon joining RE/MAX, my hard work immediately paid off, earning me top honors every year; I have been the Agent Of The Month numerous times, was featured in Jezebel Magazine’s 2010 Best Of Atlanta issue as a “Top Real Estate Professional” with only 8 other agents in the city, and have been awarded Kudzu’s “Best of Atlanta” designation for the past 4 years. In addition, I was the #7 agent in my office in 2015 & 2016, #6 in 2017, and earned spots in RE/MAX’s prestigious Platinum Club as well as the Atlanta Board of Realtor’s Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club - Top 5% of producers of over 7000 Realtors in the metro-Atlanta area.

I have made it my goal to build my business entirely on referrals. I have based my business on relationships and count on the assumption that if I provide the very best service possible to my clients, they will happily refer me to their friends & family…and I create lasting relationships along the way!

I believe my results speak for themselves: over 90% of my business comes via referral and I have maintained close contact with all my past clients. My job does not end at closing and my clients know they can count on me for any questions or issues that may arise, even years later. The best part is, most of my clients have become good friends. That, to me, is success!

I live in downtown Roswell with my husband, three beautiful daughters, and two crazy German shepherds. I enjoy reading, travel, horseback riding, tennis, and good wine!
