Allison Paoli

Allison Meagher Paoli is a graduate of Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a focus in Organizational Effectiveness. She is a Behavioral Coach, Team Developer, Culture Enhancement Specialist, and the Founder of MIII Leadership Enterprises.

For the past 15 years, Paoli has become highly skilled in teaching professionals from a broad spectrum of industries and businesses, to better understand human behavior and how communication styles and interpersonal relationships can either maximize or minimize executive effectiveness within corporate cultures. In addition to partnering and consulting with executives from Fortune 500 Companies, private equity firms and various smaller corporations, both individually and through high-performance team engagements, Paoli is committed to continuously improving and expanding upon the M III Leadership Methodology, and the values and concepts that set the M III Process and Programs apart from other consultancies. Allison began her “local career” in Lake Havasu City by becoming a licensed real estate professional. Over the last couple of years, Paoli has worked toward continuous improvement in real estate competency and has had many successful transactions with buyers and sellers. In 2019, Paoli was appointed to become Professional and Business Development Chair for the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors (LHAR) and has been serving in this capacity throughout 2020. Additionally, Allison is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and will be serving as President Elect for WCR (Women s Council of Realtors) in 2021.
