Allyson’s Florida story began in 1969 when her parents made the daring
move from Baltimore, Maryland, to the scenic shores of New Smyrna
Beach. They had fallen in love with the area during a vacation, and it
wasn't long before Allyson's brother was born, never straying far from
the sunshine. However, Allyson took a different path. After graduating
from Rollins College in nearby Winter Park, she embarked on an
exciting career in the motorsports industry. With her degree in
Communications in hand, she organized large-scale events and served as
a public relations representative for drivers and teams. This
thrilling chapter of her life led her to Charlotte, North Carolina.

After her time in motorsports, Allyson transitioned to directing
day-to-day operations for two manufacturing representative agencies.
The first focused on irrigation and wastewater products, while the
second was a government contractor providing essential supplies to the
U.S. military. Throughout her years in North Carolina, her love for
Florida remained strong, and she made the 7-hour trip home many times
a year.

In 2017, a deep longing for family connections and the soothing
embrace of the beach brought Allyson back to her beloved Florida for
good. Embracing the Florida lifestyle wholeheartedly, she realized
that her desire to help others achieve their dreams could manifest in
a new career in real estate. Aligning with Coldwell Banker Premier
Properties, she has dedicated herself to guiding clients in finding
their ideal home, whether they are relocating for work, seeking the
perfect retirement spot, or in search of a vacation home to create
lasting memories.
