With over 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, land, mobile home, and new construction sales, she works with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, including those navigating complex transactions such as probate, short sales, and down payment assistance programs.

Known for her integrity, expertise, and client-focused approach, Alvena is passionate about guiding people toward their real estate goals while protecting their best interests. She holds a BA in Art History from CSU Stanislaus and combines analytical skills with creativity in every transaction.

Alvena is an active leader in the real estate industry and has served for over five years on the C.A.R. Standard Forms Advisory Committee. She participates on numerous local and state REALTOR® committees, including Grievance, Professional Standards, Professional Development, and Membership. She is a recipient of the NAR Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsement and frequently educates fellow professionals through training and speaking engagements.

Outside of real estate, Alvena enjoys cooking, baking, drawing, reading, and spending time with her husband and their beloved cats.
