This company and all those that work at it are truly amazing! Amanda and her team definitely pulled out all the stops to help us achieve our first-time home buying goal! They are willing to help find the perfect place to call whether you live near of far! Taking the time to allow potential buyers to view homes on the MLS site, then go and take home-video walkthroughs really helped with the search while in the process of making a long distance move! The communication was amazing from weekly phone calls, e-mails, and in-person help. We couldn't be happier for the services they provided to us! Highly recommend!!!!! :)

I am so happy I decided to work with Brianna and Coastal VA Military Relocation Group!! Brianna was genuine and sincere with her opinions and helping me find the right home for me. She never tried to force me into a home I wasn’t 100% in love with and even if I saw a house I really liked, she made me aware of certain concerns I didn’t originally think of. Brianna’s expertise and keen eye guided me to the home I’ll feel proud raising my daughter in! She even went beyond the purchase of my home and followed up with me weeks after the sale to see how renovations were going and offering other suggestions. This is only my second home buying experience, but I can say this time was 1000% better than the first time!

We worked with Brianna in finding our home. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about such a big investment but she put us at ease and was extremely helpful in making us understand the process of buying. She never pressured us to put offers on houses we were just okay with as she wanted to make sure that we bought a house that we absolutely loved. She answered all of our questions and is very responsive as our agent. To say Brianna is patient and kind is an understatement. It was a pleasure to work with her and would recommend her to everyone.

We just moved to Norfolk from Colorado and we discovered mold in the home we were renting. I called Amanda the following morning and had a lengthy conversation about our situation. She was kind and helpful, gave me some good advice and made herself available just a few hours later to show me a beautiful home we ended up renting. I don't think it would have worked out if she hadn't adjusted her schedule to set up a showing that afternoon, so we're very grateful and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone moving to this area.

If I could give this team 6 stars I would. Best people to work with when buying, renting, or selling a home. We worked with a few people in the beginning but Jenny Peeples helped to looked at hundreds of houses. She helped seal the deal and make this a painless process. We didn’t know anything about buying a home considering it was our first time and we may have asked for clarification numerous times on the same things and she never seemed agitated. She always made sure we were on the same page and always treated us like family. We had a lot of fun through out this process. Our biggest fear going into this was being scammed or misguided into a home we don’t like and I gotta say working with this team, those thoughts never once came across. What we thought was going to be the longest process ever turned into the shortest process ever and now we’re living in our beautiful first home. We won’t work with anyone else when it comes time to relocating.

My wife and I lived over seas and were needing a house quickly as were Moving very soon. Jessica was beyond helpful! She reinsured us when we got down about house getting swiped before we could view them. And the ones we could view she took videos to send us. If you’re looking for a real estate agent, look no further!!! Ananda is such an amazing person and is extremely knowledgable in every single aspect of home buying. I never felt “in the dark”. She always made sure every step was thoroughly explained and we were never pressured into anything we didn’t want. She listens to what you want in a home, and really took out all the stress of buying a home. Even having a baby didn’t stop her from scheduling home viewings and even though I asked her probably a million questions (at all times of the day and night) she answered them immediately. She really makes you feel apart of her family. SHE IS TRULY EXTRAORDINARY!

From the beginning Amanda could not have been better. I moved from overseas and she helped us with verything we needed far in advance. She kept in contact and made sure she kept on top of what we wanted. When we arrived in town she was ready for us. We saw many listings and she went above and beyond to actually learn who we are and what we want, which is a suprising change. Needless to say with her expertise and knowledge we found our dream home a place to make new memories with our family. I would recommend her to any one and every one.
