Hi, I’m Amanda Fulford, a Realtor serving Eastern North Carolina and specializing in helping homeowners successfully sell their homes.

For the past 8 years, I’ve helped sellers throughout Washington, Greenville, New Bern, Winterville, Chocowinity, and surrounding communities price their homes strategically, market them effectively, and negotiate strong offers so they can move forward with confidence and keep more of their hard-earned money.

Before real estate, I spent years in hospitality, which shaped the way I serve my clients today! With strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I’m also a wife and mom of two daughters, so I understand just how important home truly is. Helping families move into their next chapter is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Over the years I’ve been honored with awards such as Rising Star, Top Producer, and Top Sales Agent, but the greatest reward is helping my clients achieve their goals and feel confident throughout the entire process.
