We were referred to Amol by one of our friends. He is our house buying guardian angel and we don’t have enough words to describe how experienced, caring and thorough he is in terms of Bay Area Housing. His preaching helped us not only close our first house but also understand the process and things to look at while buying a house in terms of happiness, ownership, investment, and for-seeing the next decade. In terms of his impact my partner who wasn’t even aware of housing terms now knows more than experienced ones in terms of the US Housing market and buying. He changed our investment perspective too along with the house buying process. He quoted “You can change the look and things of the house but not the neighborhood” which enlightened our buying thought process. He has all the mathematical model and resources in place to help you understand why’s and How’s of the home ownership along with exact amount of benefits in terms of property and tax deducations, piti, your monthly payments, budget, areas, crime, neighborhood…... He knows the blocks along with zipcodes in and out. During our open houses and private viewings he educated us to what to look at and why? Without even looking at disclosures he was able to tell us the possible issues with the house then and there; we cross checked it was and so true. He has all the patience to answer all your questions and concerns. He goes by his principles and is a good ethical person going by the books.

We highly recommend his services and his book “Thriving through Ownership”. When you have Amol by your side your house buying is in Auto mode starting even with getting pre-approval in a day before putting an offer.

I know Amol personally for last 20 years. When I decided to buy house I never thought of anybody else than Amol. I knew friends who have brought house through him and the service they received. I got my house within 2 months time. We looked at several houses in Silicon Valley area and got the one I liked in evergreen area of San Jose. Amol helped us find our house back in 2016. From the first consultation explaining buy vs rent,contingencies and many other things; to coming to open houses with us and helping us with the practical but mostly overlooked aspects of home buying; he was a great partner in the home buying experience. After buying the home, he also recommended his contractor for the planned home improvements, and that referral also saved us a lot of money. All in all; you can count on him to be a friendly and super professional who will guide you wisely.

I can't say enough about Amol's professionalism and his passion to do everything that he can to help his clients.
