There she lead a team of 500 employees, managing the day-to-day operation of the 2,100-member country club and 221-suite Four Star/ Four Diamond Beachfront Resort. In addition, from 2003 to 2013, Amy served as Director of Marketing and Managing Director of the New Homes & Condominiums Division with one of Sarasota's principal residential real estate teams. As Managing Director, she oversaw a team of 90 Realtors and support staff profitably closing $1.5+ billion in new construction sales annually.

Since PPG's inception, Amy has closed over $270 million in sales at Sarasota's top luxury towers, including Aria Longboat Key, 624 Palm, 7 One One Palm, and EPOCH Sarasota. Her PPG production earned her the top position for average sale price in 2016, 2018, and 2021, and ranked her between 3rd and 7th position in sales volume in the Sarasota/Manatee MLS Region. In 2021, Amy's closed volume was $155,800,000 at an average sale price of $5,195,000. In 2022 Amy joined the LRM where she continues to specialize in luxury properties and new developments. To further serve her clients, in 2023, Amy partnered with Douglas Elliman.
