Her Real Estate Career started both with business management and property management in a high-paced real estate office in Springfield, Virginia. Trained by one of the top ten agents of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, she was able to successfully complete a substantial number of real estate transactions. She has seen the substantial growth and development of the real estate market through the years. Her success in this high-maintenance market created a fierce desire to pursue a career in real estate investing. It did not take long to realize the phenomenal opportunities available in expanding to multiple markets across Virginia. She also established a business in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she specialized in Military Relocation, New Homes Design, and New Homes Planning and Development. While expanding her skill set, she has developed an edge to work in a vast array of real estate venues. Her experience in managing investments, renovating properties, and working with builders in multiple new construction communities, foreclosures, short sales, and commercial real estate has enhanced her knowledge base. It is with many years of personal experience of being an investor and professional experience that she started Buy or Sell Today.
