About Amy
Born a Jacksonville native, Amy spent the first 16 years of her career putting her strong management and administrative skills to work in various positions in the corporate world. However Amy always knew she was more the entrepreneurial type. She just needed to find her niche.
It happened in 2006 when Amy was hired as an Office Manager at Lennar Homes that she discovered her interest and eye for home design and was intrigued by the quick pace and excitement of real estate sales. One year later when the Division President asked Amy to leave Lennar and join him in starting JDB Homes, a brand-new homebuilding company, she jumped at the chance.
The following four years Amy received the most valuable, comprehensive education and training in construction and real estate sales while helping design, build, merchandise, and sell new construction homes. In 2011 when JDB closed, Amy made the easy transition to general real estate where she has continued her career with great success. Amy's high sales volume and steady stream of referrals confirms year after year that she found her niche. It’s simple really. Amy loves helping people and providing a stress-free real estate experience. It's what she does best, whatever that entails.
Amy recognizes that buying and selling real estate is such an important event in people's lives, usually one of the biggest purchases ever made or the largest financial gain of a lifetime. This requires an experienced Realtor you can trust and count on and Amy truly appreciates the opportunity to partner in meeting and exceeding her client’s real estate goals. Of course, Amy feels she benefits the most because she gets the chance to build great relationships that will last for years to come well beyond the sale.
