Simply the best!
Andie has been an incredible partner during the last year and a half, as she helped my boyfriend and I through a fairly complicated home selling/buying process, in one of the toughest markets KC has ever seen. We ultimately decided to build, at her suggestion, and we are absolutely thrilled with our new home.
She was a wealth of information and walked us through processes and details in such a way that you left each conversation feeling confident and prepared for next steps or potential road blocks. During each phase of the process she was an invaluable partner, oftentimes going to bat for us before we were aware of any areas of concern. Even when a offer fell through, or our home build suffered a setback, she'd be on the phone helping us come up with immediate action plans and generally smoothing frayed nerves and finding the best ways to move forward.
Andie made the process easy, fun, educational and memorable. It's evident she cares about her clients - I am sure she had other clients during her time with us, but we always felt valued and important. She'd be flexible with our crazy schedules and we never felt we were chasing her down, rather, she'd often be the one taking initiative and reaching out first, making the process almost effortless.
During our time together, we learned that she has decades of experience in the industry and it's evident with her vast network of local contacts and competency for each stage of the process . She's the opposite of high pressure, and would often know whether we were interested in a home or not, just by gauging our body language and facial expressions. She was organized and methodical in her approach, and tough when she needed to be, always having our best interests at heart.
In short, we are incredibly grateful for all she has done for us, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. I honestly don't know where we'd be without her guidance and constancy. I would *HIGHLY* recommend Andie as a realtor, you will simply not find better; hands down, 5 stars. I'd give 10 if I could!
