I cannot say enough about the level of service and commitment Andrew provides his customers.

We were relocated out of Colorado in 2023 forcing us to sell our home in Erie from 1,200 miles away.  On top of that, interest rates were high causing a general lack of demand in the market.  Throughout the process, Andrew created demand through his creative approach and relentless follow up.  If it weren't for his out of the box thinking along the way, I'm confident we would have had no other choice but to turn the home into a rental property (something we wanted to avoid).

Andrew does so much more than any realtor I've ever worked with.  It takes near perfection to earn my recommendation.  Andrew has it without hesitation.

Andrew is an incredibly nice and knowledgeable person who helped me throughout the whole process of purchasing my first home. He took the time to coach me personally prior to, during, and even after I closed. Very dedicated to his clients, even gave me a ride to closing and surprised me with a gift when I received my keys. Definitely going to be my go to guy in the future and would recommend without hesitation. Truth be told the whole experience felt like I came out on top with a new home and a friend. Top teir!

Andrew did a fantastic job selling our home. He guided us through the selling process, helping us to optimize the timing for putting our house up for sell. He developed great marketing material and our home sold well above our asking and even our high end expected selling price. We had the pleasure of buying our new home as well as selling our home with Andrew. We recently sold our home at over asking. We believe that Andrew’s preparations with marketing and photos was instrumental in getting so many showings and a sale in 4 days. Hard to come by these days but a true 5 star experience all around. There isn’t enough good things I can say about Andrew, he went above and beyond for me in the sale of my house. Hands down the best experience in selling a property I have had to date.
I work 11-hour days most days of the week and run multiple small business on the side, I decided to jump on the market swing here in Colorado during the pandemic. I started behind the selling ramp up that you normally need in getting a property out on the market by the time frame I wanted, with Landscaping and internal fixes left to go. I had been working with landscapers for over A YEAR to try and get it done and with covid was finding troubles all around.
Andrew came in with his knowledge of the market, and what needed to be done to get me the best price for my house (min investment for max return). He knew good crews that came in and finished my landscaping in 3 weeks, painters that came in a day, and the best part was he held them accountable, maintained the communication lines and executed the idea of the property to a “T”, elevating the stress and burden that normally comes with selling a home.
To top it off through the process he maintained an eye on the market and the values in the area and by the time it was ready to sell I got WAY more than I thought I could even in this market, and was able to get it above asking price during a time where the bids numbers were diminishing.
Even after the whole thing he has kept in contact and has been managing the transition between the two parties with patience and an upbeat attitude. Now adays its hard to find but he earned every dollar and then some, I will definitely be using him again for all future purchases in the Colorado area.

Where do I a start with Andrew. He has been beyond thorough from start to finish during our new build process. His experience in the industry and knowledge of the home building process makes him more than an real estate agent. He was the advocate we needed when things were going wrong with the builders. Andrew was able to think creatively around ways to improve your home value once we purchase the house. A coworker introduced me to Andrew citing a great experience buying a home a couple years ago, and I'm glad he did! Andrew's expertise in the area proved invaluable. What I found most impressive was how quickly Andrew picked up on our preferences and guided us toward the type of home we wanted; we didn't spend any time looking at homes that didn't fit our criteria. Andrew is without a doubt one of the best agents in real estate. I've worked with several and Andrew blows all of the other agents out of the water. I first met him when he sold new homes with a builder and he blew me away with his knowledge on construction and floor plan design. He also had an incredible understanding of the market and got me thinking about market trends and real estate investment in ways I had never remotely considered. He's not your typical agent or salesperson. He genuinely cares and made it clear that my needs and wants were his number one priority. He's a straight shooter, but not once did I feel like he was pushy. Within minutes of first meeting him, he had me laughing and he made the entire experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to buy a new home from him at the time, but our paths crossed once again when I started looking at resale homes. Once again, he knocked out of the park. 10 out of 10 experience. I will be using him for all of my future real estate transactions.
