There are no words that can express how great Angela and Jessica are. They have been there for us every step of the way. When I got too anxious they had all the time in the world to talk to me and calm me down. When I texted or called, they answered immediately. They found a buyer after the first week. Angela was fantastic! She reached out to me via phone after I had inquired online with CA home search. She spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining all the details of the area where our family wished to purchase. She was an expert about the local Rocklin market, how best to get our offer accepted, guided me through selling my previous home in NC, gave advice on schools and shopping but most importantly went independently and promptly to every home I asked her to view as I was located across the country. She and he realtor daughter, Jessica, filmed or FaceTimed all the homes I liked and wanted to review. Angela would talk to the selling realtors and get updates and any other info pertaining to the house that I asked. She gave me her personal and professional opinions but also let me be in charge of my home search. It’s a tough market but she was determined to find us the right house in a court in a family oriented neighborhood. She works diligently to get a fair deal between what the buyer and seller need to pay and what needs to be repaired prior to closing. I was trying to get a home in Lincoln and had been outbid, etc, was a really tough buyers market. I saw a house come on the market that I liked a lot, had the owners still in it. I called Angela and asked to jump on this place. She got me in there THAT evening, had a great interaction with the very nice family, and their very large dog and I liked each other.
