Julio and Angela have been full-time REALTORS since 2004. Julio was born and raised in El Salvador and migrated to New York City at the age of 20. Julio was born in Queens New York and he met Angela in Manhattan in 1997. In 2002 they decided to move to Phoenix Arizona and soon after they obtained their real estate licenses. In order to increase their knowledge and education in real estate they obtained the following certifications: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute). Real estate agents earn the nationally recognized GRI designation after completing an in-depth program of courses covering many facets of real estate.
