I went into the process knowing exactly which house listed on Zillow that I wanted, but having no idea how to obtain it. I contacted Seth and immediately recieved amazing customer service and support. He answered the phone/text immediately every time I contacted him, no matter how late or early (even on his birthday while attending a dinner with his family). His dedication and passion to getting me into the property as soon as possible could not possibly have been matched by any of his fellow realtors in the area. He organized and followed up on every aspect of the home buying process, which got quite involved since I was using a VA loan and could not be present for any of the initial inspections/repairs. Furthermore, he introduced me to some great contractors who are currently renovating my new home. Seth wont settle until he gets you the best deal possible and he takes his profession very seriously. I sincerely dont think you can do any better than him if you are buying a home, especially for the first time. -- Kyle H

Highly recommend! Seth is a professional and knows what he is doing. I bought a short sale with my husband and I have to say that Seth made this happen. The short sale should have been close to year to close but he made it happen in less than 6 months. He is extremely aggressive and gets the job done. Seth sent the best professional to my home for trash removal and cleaning. I worked with Angela in the sale of my house. She was really responsive and answered all of my questions. We had a tough situation with our property being that it was a condo and not FHA approved, but she found ways to get buyers in the door anyway. I tell you, I don't know what I would've done without Seth. I bought my condo at the peak of the market about 7 years ago. With contracting jobs scarce during recession, I suffered a curtailment of income with the reduction in jobs. Finally, the mortgage and under water property became too much to deal with and I had to find an alternative to foreclosure. A foreclosure would hurt my credit too bad and I had worked too hard to just give it up to the bank. I have known Seth for years, we played ball together in school and I knew he was an agent from our many conversations. I thought to call him when I saw his profile on Zillow, I was looking for home values to assess my situation and the best thing to do with my bad investment.? Seth came over a day after we discussed the situation, let me know I needed to do a short sale and had the paperwork with him. He told me exactly what the process entails and that he would do the best he could to get my mortgage and condo lien released and get me money for relocation. My plan was to rent a place with my girlfriend with enough room for my dog and kids once the bank approved the transaction and we close. ? Shortly after I gave Seth the financial and bank documents he needed for Chase Home Finance, my mortgagor, he went to work. He brought me a buyer the day after that. The buyers had contacted his partner Angela, off Zillow and it was a perfect match. They came in with cash, Seth got the transaction approved by Chase in about 6 weeks and we closed last month. Hold on, I'm not done. On top of the 100K+ Seth got Chase to forgive on the mortgage balance through the short sale, he got my condo lien released for more than $1000 below the balance and got $15,000.00 at closing from Chase for relocation assistance. Yes, 15K. My girl and I are settled in our new townhouse rental and were easily able to put down security, first months rent and get it nicely furnished!!? All in all, I would have to say that I have never seen a real estate professional with Seth's energy, tenacity, and overall hunger to chase down the goals he expects to achieve for his clients. In other words, he is a beast. Use him for your own sake. Needless to say, in about 18 months, when we buy another house, you know who I'm calling. -- Aaron R

Seth was incredible working on my behalf with seller's bank who was involved in negotiating a price on the home I was purchasing as a short sale. He is truly passionate and seemed to really care about getting the best possible deal for me. He was actually able to get the bank to lower our original negotiated price after the home inspection came in with some minor repairs. This saved me $10,000. I doubt the typical agent would have gone to bat for me as Seth did. I would definitely recommend his Real Estate expertise and relentless work ethic. -- David B

I spent countless nights searching for a property until running across Angela. I sent an email at 2:30 am inquiring about a property; I expected a possible response the next day. Instead, I received an immediate response from Angela less than five minutes later. I was shocked to say the least. I worked with numerous agents prior to her and she worked diligently to find me the perfect property. Before I knew it, I was in the property I wanted and not one someone else tried to force upon me. I was told by other realtors that the properties I liked would probably be unavailable or taken already by someone else. Angela, on the other hand delivered. She was honest, available, and genuinely got to know what my needs were and acted upon them immediately. She went out of her way to ensure I was not spending anymore sleepless nights still searching for a property. She was working on my behalf while I slept soundly. Angela Hoyos helped me buy my first home, a single family detached house in Montgomery County, Maryland. Her professional expertise, responsiveness, and personal attentiveness made the process no more stressful than finding and moving into a new apartment rental. She proved to be a skillful and friendly real estate agent that carried me from start to finish through the house buying process. We started the house search on 9/13/13 and we got a ratified contract on what I initially thought to be the ideal house on 9/18/13, but which fell through as a result of unforeseen issues discovered during the home inspection. So, we continued the house search and we found my most ideal home that exceeds all my expectations on 10/15/13. I’m sitting in my new home today 2/20/14 after settlement on 11/15/13 typing this review and I am as satisfied with the home purchase as any purchase I have ever made.
