I bought my home with Angela, and she was my first call when I was going to list it. She is so knowledgeable on the process, she even advised me on the beginning stages of my purchase in another state! was so lucky that a coworker recommended Angela when I found out I was moving to DC back in 2018. I moved from Hawaii, and between time differences, challenges with the sale of my Hawaii home, the VA not approving the property I originally wanted, and a quick turn to identify what ended up being an amazing condo and a community, Angela’s patience, professionalism and attentiveness are the only reasons I didn’t tear my hair out! Not only do you get the pleasure of working with Angela when you enlist her services for buying/selling a home, but the folks she has in her professional network are amazing! The whole team eased the stress of purchasing and selling my home, and I highly recommend Angela to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the DMV!

Angela Wilson is my super hero in navigating the home selling and buying process. In November, we sold a historic home we had renovated, and needed to immediately find a home for an extended family with an in-law suite. At the height of the crazy peak in home-buying, Angela guided us through the homes on the market that would fit our needs, advising us thoroughly on the pros and cons of each--while mindful that we needed to move fast.
The day we closed on our old house, we learned the home we had under contract had title issues that blocked its sale. By the end of the next day, Angela had found another home we liked even better, and that we had previously been outbid on. What a whirlwind! And she is always a pleasure to work with.
I can't say enough good things about her as my "ace in the hole"!

As a first time home buyer I was neither excited nor knowledgeable about any of this. Angela was not only extremely helpful with strategizing for making offers and giving advice on what to look for in a house, etc. but also someone who I can say anyone will genuinely want to be friends with. She is not only excellent at what she does but is also extremely observant and will be able to help even the most clueless homebuyers find a great house that fits everyone's needs and even personalities. Buying a house is tough and can at times be extremely stressful and disappointing but going through the whole process with Angela was not at all painful and even fun. After all of this was over we not only ended up with the perfect house but also a good friend.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Angela. She was incredible in every aspect helping us sell our house and buying another one. She listened attentively to our needs and was very responsive and personable. She was completely honest and transparent with us. She was also so patient with our endless questions, which we appreciated so much. She was available when needed and quick when responding to questions.

Angela is a pleasure to work with. Not only one but two of my coworkers had purchased their houses with Angela's help and recommended her. This was my first home purchase and she was very patient with my fiance and I as we weren't certain about what area we wanted to explore first. Over the course of two months she came to many houses and even open houses with us till we found the right one. We knew after our first face-to-face meeting that we wanted to work with Angela but it wasn't till we explored many homes before we were asked to sign any agreement- I really appreciated that we weren't rushed or pushed into signing anything. She's also very prompt with emails, texts and phone calls. I highly recommend choosing Angela as your agent!

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Angela when buying our first condo in DC and I got to say she was really helpful and Amazing. She was very patient with us since this was our first rodeo. She showed us a couple of places before we even decided to go with her and that showed us she cared more about our needs than hers. She's licensed in the DMV so that was a plus since we were looking in any of those 3 states. Not only did she help us find places but she also advised us on things to do before we move in. This was very useful to us as we didn't think about them before. Angela is also very flexible with her time, she ALWAYS picked up her call whenever we called her to ask questions. We were able to schedule to meet at a listing in just a few hours. She is very responsive. I would definitely recommend her if you want someone that will care more about your interest in finding the perfect place for you.
