I have worked with getting my wife clients for her to help find a home. All of the clients I have referred to my wife all say something along the lines of “ I genuinely fell the care, hard work and dedication that your wife showed during the process of buying a home.” They have also referred their friends and acquaintances to her because they truly believe she is one of the best in the business. If you want to work with one of the best realtors and who treat you as a person and not a commission she is the real estate professional for you!

This took me a while because I was trying to find the words that would explain how grateful we are for Angelica Babins. I would like to extend an insane amount of thanks to Angelica for the amazing job she did as our realtor. From Day 1, I knew she had our best showed that staging was the right idea. Those are a couple of examples; she did so much more for us. There were set backs, which is to be expected selling a house during a pandemic, but her positive attitude and crazy work ethic made us feel as if our house selling was inevitable. She is truly a blessing, and I would recommend her to anybody ready to sell or buy.interest at heart and would work tooth and nail to make sure we were good and that the selling process wouldn’t put any extra stress on us. Somehow, she exceeded expectations in the middle of a pandemic. From the beginning, she laid all of our options out and gave us enough information for us to make an educated decision. When we needed some minor repairs she recommended a great handy man, who did great work for a great price. She recommended we stage our home, which if you don’t know what that means(it’s cool I had no idea what it was) it’s basically setting your home up to look like a model home. She even provided us with a professional stager. The feedback from the families who who were shown the house, showed that staging was the right idea. Those are a couple of examples; she did so much more for us.
