I was skeptical about solar land agents, since to me, they are like car salespeople. They don’t stop calling! For the past year, I’ve been bothered by seven solar companies. Angelica came along, with her smiling face, and introduced herself as “Hi, I am Angelica DelliCarpini-Your Realty Land Liaison!
First, I thought this lady was nuts. Well, I must have to admit, I was utterly wrong, and learned never to judge a book by its cover. Angelica never made me feel uncomfortable when we met to go over the process and review the proposed offers. As she told me and still in my head: “Ross, I’m brutely honest and will let you know what will work and will not. As your agent, my job is to make sure you are provided with all the information needed to assist you in making an educated decision for your future investments. Otherwise, how can I call myself DelliCarpini-Your Realty Land Liaison!”
I still think she’s crazy to go after solar, BUT with her smile and honesty, I can trust her, and now I’m pursuing solar as an investment opportunity, but only with Angelica.

I had to sell my house after only being in it for a year and a half, so I needed to save as much as possible on real estate commissions. I found Angelica at a Farmers Market in Hendricks, County, IN. We were talking, and she offered me a Home Seller Rebate and a Home Buyer Rebate. I thought it could be a scam, but I had one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with. You would have never known Angelica; my realtor worked for a lower commission to help her client in need. She made the entire process smooth, and I recommend her to any prospective clients. You will not regret your decision!

Angelica was our Realtor in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an agent, she was very knowledgeable! Able to work at a fast pace to sell our house quickly. She went above and beyond to help us move. She even brought boxes and even a sharpie! She helped us find a great place in a time and area where there was not much available.

It was such a pleasure to work with Angelica, she was very warm, welcoming and professional. When it comes to her knowledge about real estate she was sharper than a tack, she kept us informed about new homes that came up and also knew exactly what we were wanting in a house!

If you want a great, friendly and very knowledgeable real estate agent then I would highly recommend Angelica she's absolutely amazing!!!!
