Anita was the second realtor that I hired to sell my home after 6 months of no activity with a different realtor. I wish I had hired her first. She is so knowledgeable about waterfront homes and taught me things about my bulkhead that I hadn’t known even after 20 years of living there! The day Anita listed my house, she had flood insurance quotes for potential Buyers, and set up a 3-D immersive virtual tour online, with virtual floor plans! She used the most sophisticated marketing and technology that I had ever seen to attract buyers. Almost immediately, we got traffic and interested buyers. I was under contract at full asking price in 3 weeks. Anita really is the Queen of real estate! USE HER!

Wow.
My wife and I originally met with Anita on a Friday night at 7 pm. She clearly meets at all hours of the week which is what originally attracted us to her due to both of our hectic work schedules. After spending an hour getting to know each other and realizing how sweet of a person Anita was, we finally got down to business. Anita told us what our house would sell for and we were in disbelief. (We had been told by two other realtors that our house would only sell for $30,000 less.) Within two days of listing, our home had two FULL PRICE offers that we had to choose from. That’s when we knew for certain Anita
was the best! From the beginning of the process to the end, Anita was always there for us. My wife has gone through a lot and I’m so thankful that Anita has been there to help us. She truly made us feel like we were family and we will be forever grateful. Thank you!

The Queen Bee Team demonstrated customer service excellence from start to finish. I never do reviews but this needed to be known: I listed my home for rent and had a tenant within 30 days. Being a new investment property owner, I wasn’t well educated in the appropriate steps that needed to be taken in order to list the home for rent. Luckily, Anita and her team guided me every step of the way. I give Anita and the Queen Bee team 10 stars and I highly recommend!
P.S. it is important to note that I was always able to reach a team member at night or on weekends via text or phone call. Amazing!
