With over 30 years of professional experience in the greater Kansas City community, she has successfully stepped into various roles in a variety of industries which included Gilbert/Robinson, LPF Plastics, Corp., H&R Block, and Deloitte & Touche. Each year over 21,000 nomination ballots are mailed to Kansas City area residents who had recently purchased a home. On the ballots, recipients were asked to nominate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate them based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. The results were a group representing less than 4 percent of licensed agents in the Kansas City area. She is honored to have been chosen for this award.

Anita is DRS certified, and have been helping residents for the past 10 years. In March, "MATCH" letters go out across the United States and she is sure there is a number of incoming Residents trying to decide if they should buy or rent in the Kansas City, Missouri or Kansas areas.
