Ann knew what I was looking for & could afford & she went from there. So we didn't waste any time looking at places I couldn't afford or that I didn't like. I totally trusted her advice (such as taking a second look at a home I had looked at, which turned out to be the townhouse I bought). I was a property vergin & now thanks to Ann I know the ropes. I will definately go to Ann when I'm ready to purchase a detached single family home because I know she will help me find the perfect home I will love!
