We decided to buy a family vacation house on Camano. Because the Island is broken into various homeowner associations with different water and beach rights, we wanted someone who knew the ins and outs. We found Ann based on her internet reviews. She rounded up houses, met with us within a few days and amazingly, we bought the first house we looked at (this is not guaranteed for all her clients). While we were trying to decide whether to buy, she went back to the house several times to check things for us (when you are buying an older house, there are things that you want to check on after you see it - like are there any outlets in the kitchen!). She was very insightful in helping us put together our bid, and selling it to the owners. She kept us informed during the closing process, and after close, she has been friendly and helpful in going back and forth with the former owners on several issues. We definitely recommend using her!

Ann is the most amazing realtor we have worked with. She was undaunted by the specific property requirements we were looking for. We worked with her for several months and looked at multiple houses in multiple towns. She was always positive and willing to look at any house we requested to see. She was always on time and had done market research on each house. She was just so helpful. In the end it was Ann that found the house we bought. After our offer was accepted she was there throughout the entire process and was there the day we moved in. We cannot say enough about the professional expert service Ann provided. We would recommend Ann to anyone looking for a home. You will be in good hands and you will not be disappointed.
